Sessions

I offer confidential one to one counselling; either face to face counselling in Huddersfield, or video/ telephone counselling nationwide, whichever suits you best.

Each session lasts 50 minutes. Face to face sessions cost £50 and video/ telephone sessions cost £45. It is usual to have a session each week, but we can discuss what suits you best at your initial session.
