About Me
I'm a calm and friendly Counsellor and Psychotherapist, and I believe passionately in helping others to improve their mental health and quality of life.
I'm qualified to level 7, with a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy & Counselling; and I have more than 10 years' experience working with people who need help and support to deal with difficulties in their lives.
I offer clients a safe space, where I listen with no judgement, and you can talk through your experiences, and express difficult feelings. With my input, guidance and challenge (where appropriate), I can help you to better understand things, and ultimately help you to work towards positive changes in your life.
I love working with people in this way.
I am a registered member of the professional body, the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and I work in-line with their ethics and standards, ensuring that my practice is ethical and safe for my clients. I also hold an up-to-date enhanced DBS certificate.
I have experience of offering both short-term and long-term counselling; we can discuss which would suit you best when we meet.
